Bag layout and template: Our template and layouts are provided at NO CHARGE when you place an order with us. All you have to do is send us your artwork, choose your bag colour and tell us if you have any special graphic design requests.

Graphic Design Services: Our graphic design services are always available to our customers to assist them with standard layouts. Any additional graphic design services may be charged at a rate of $200.00 per design

Artwork Files: All artwork must be submitted in a 300 dpi high resolution file with the following extensions. File types supported include: .AI, .PDF, .JPEG and .TIFF.

Samples: These are available to our customers upon request. Delivery/courier is extra and is based on local postal and current courier rates. This charge is credited when you place an order with us.

Customization: This is available for all orders. You can request a custom size, colour, printing, quantity, handles, pockets, gussets, material and even material colour to match your brand. Our production team will take care of everything, all you have to do is tell us what you need.
